The Poona club has 2 very good glass backed courts. In 2007-08 we started coaching for beginners specially children. This coaching is available all year round with the timings being 4-30 pm to 5-30pm on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. The charges are Rs.1,500/- per month for Poona club members and their dependents.
Outsiders may avail of this facility at Rs.2,000/- but are required to become squash playing subscribers through the prescribed club process. This then allows them to practice on their own at non coaching times.
To encourage not only existing players but new comers we have quite a few tournaments of different types through out the year. The facilities besides excellent courts include showers and lockers. We also have a tread mill and some weight equipment.
