A Body Corporate, a Partnership Firm or Proprietary Firm having an office or place of business in Pune shall be eligible for Corporate Memberships as follows:
- Partnership or Proprietary Firm having annual turnover of Rs3 (three) Crores is eligible to appoint up to two nominees.
- Private Limited Company having paid up Capital & Reserves exceeding Rs1 (one)Crore or an annual turnover exceeding Rs5Crores is eligible to nominate up to five nominees.
- Public Limited Company having paid up Capital & Reserves exceeding Rs5 (five) Crores or an annual turnover exceeding Rs15 Crores is eligible to nominate up to ten nominees.
Corporate Membership shall be valid for 7 years only and shall be deemed to commence on payment of Entrance fee and the election of the Nominee.
Entrance Fee + 1st year Subscription = 3,50,000/- (i.e. Rs.3,00,000 + 50,000 + service
Tax as per applicable rate per Nominee, non-refundable payable with the application for the membership)
Yearly Subscription – Rs.50,000/- per Nominee for 6 years on financial year basis.
Total amount payable per Nominee for 7 years – Rs 6,50,000/-
OR
Rs6,50,000/- per Nominee can be paid up-front.
Service tax
Service tax at the rate of 10.3% of the above amounts as the provisions of Finance Act, 2009.

Please be advised that on induction of a new Nominee, the tenure of 7 years is a contract, which cannot be terminated mid-way. Whether the Company fills the vacancy by a replacement or otherwise, the yearly subscription will have to be paid.
- Health Club, Rs5000/-* per year (for member + spouse + 1dependant)
- Golf, Rs9250/-* per year both member & nominee. Special charges for members above 60yrs and below 18yrs: Rs6750/-*

- Corporate firms shall apply in writing enclosing their latest Balance Sheet. After approval of Balance Sheet and verification, they will be given an Application Form to be collected on payment of Rs.100/-. The Application Form has to be filled in by you and returned to the Club. Complete the form and send it back to us along with to two separate photographs (other than affixed on the form). Please note that the nominee and his spouse are eligible to get the membership card. Similarly son of nominee up to age of 21 years and daughters up to their marriage can get the card under same membership. Hence send photographs for nominee and his spouse.
- On approval, the Club will inform the Corporate Body accordingly, to pay the Entrance Fee prevailing, in one lump sum per Nominee along with the service tax applicable, a processing charge of Rs500/-, and the game fees of Rs600/-
- On receipt of this payment, the Nominee(s) will be invited for an interview (balloting process).
- After completion of balloting process, the cards will be issued.
- As per club rule, the monthly bills will be sent to the address. The bills may be cleared within next 15 days. In case the bills are not cleared administrative charge of 2% is levied on a monthly basis.
- The nominees are required to carry the card at the time of attending the club and show the same at reception and also at the time of availing the service.
- Corporate Membership is for 7 years under company name. The Nominee once appointed can be changed in this period by writing officially to us. The interview process stated above is compulsory for new nominee.
